Description: Men's Club with parked cars

"Built in 1914 to replace the first Men's Club built in 1908 (which became the Women's Club). Both buildings were on Rolph Avenue in the area now (1970s) the C & H parking lot. They were located just north of the Post Office building. The men's club was the civic center,boasting the first library, billiard rooms, swimming pool, reading room, gymnasium and wonderful lobby and rooms upstairs. Many dances and other civic functions were held on there. It was torn down in September 1966."
